Reporters of the eBook Industry

eBookWeb.org- Resurrected from the ashes of eBookNet.com (which was abruptly shut down by Gemstar in April 2001), the website provides regular articles, opinion pieces and and press releases, as well as "community services," such as forums and newsletter.

Knowbetter.com- initially begun as a "destination spot" for owners of Nuvomedia's Rocket eBook, the site has vastly expanded to include up-to-date information about the entire ebook industry. Includes regular columns and ebook headlines garnered from throughout the Internet.

Standards

Open eBook Forum- an international organization for the establishment of specifications and standards for electronic publishing. Its primary achievement thus far has been the creation of several specifications http://www.openebook.org/doc_library/specifications.htm
