As was reported in the last newsletter, eBookNet.com was abruptly closed in April by Gemstar. I am happy to report that eBookNet.com founders, Glenn Sanders and Wade Roush, will be opening a new ebook website called eBookWeb (http://www.ebookweb.org/). The website's official launch date is July 4, 2001 (Independence Day!). Already available on the website is the complete, fascinating story about eBookNet.com's demise.
