Books24x7 Purchased

On December 7th, SkillSoft, provider of professional and business e-learning courses, purchased Books24x7 for approximately $32 million. Books24x7, which provides on-line access to over 1,700 information technology texts from over 60 publishers, will likely provide valuable reference support to SkillSoft's courses. Thus far nothing has been said to suggest that Books24x7 will no longer provide single-user, library and corporate subscriptions.
