"If your computer is on your company's LAN, you may see the error: "Could not connect to server, check internet connection (http send request)."  If you see this, it means your company is using a "proxy server" to protect its internal network from unauthorized access over the Web.

What you can do:
You need to configure RocketLibrarian with your proxy server's information.  To do this, look at your browser's proxy settings:
    Internet Explorer:  On the View menu, click Internet options->Connection->Proxy Server
    Netscape Navigator (v. 4.x): On the Edit menu, click Preferences->Advanced->Proxies
In both cases, you'll see the proxy string you need to use.  Copy this string and paste it into the Rocket Librarian->Settings->Advanced Proxy field."
